As a proof coin, it was manufactured using burnished blanks and specially treated dies, receiving multiple strikes to produce highly defined details contrasted against a mirror-like background. This example has achieved the highest possible grade of Proof 70 Deep Cameo. On the obverse, the classic walking figure of Lady Liberty moves toward a rising sun, a historic composition by Adolph A. Weinman. The inscription 'IN GOD WE TRUST' is visible alongside the 2026 date. The reverse displays a contemporary layout introduced in 2021, showing an eagle as it descends while clutching an oak branch.
