The Swiss 20 Francs gold coin, often known by its informal nickname Vreneli, stands as a classic symbol of Switzerland. Across these decades of production, a total of 58.6 million of these pieces were minted, each adhering to the weight and purity standards originally established by Napoleon for French coinage in 1803.
