The obverse of the coin features a detailed profile bust of the legendary showman and Bridgeport mayor, P.T. Barnum. His name, P.T. Traditional national mottos, including LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST, are also integrated into the obverse design. On the reverse, the coin showcases a highly stylized, modern Art Deco eagle.
