The 1936 Lincoln Cent is a remarkable survivor from the pre-World War II era of American coinage. Struck in Philadelphia, this particular coin is preserved in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, displaying a captivating blend of red and brown copper tones. This preservation allows observers to appreciate the original luster and crisp details of a coin minted over eight decades ago. The obverse of the coin features the familiar profile of Abraham Lincoln, facing right. Above his portrait, the solemn national motto reads "IN GOD WE TRUST", while the word "LIBERTY" stands behind him, and the date "1936" is positioned clearly in the lower right field.
