0.0000 troy oz 2006 Brilliant Unc

The 2006 Sacagawea Dollar, struck at the Philadelphia Mint, is a brilliant uncirculated modern coin issued by the United States government. The coin is composed of a core of pure copper, which is bonded to outer layers containing a blend of copper, zinc, manganese, and nickel. This unique metallic composition gives the dollar its distinctive golden appearance. On the obverse, designer Glenna Goodacre depicts Sacagawea looking forward with her young son, Jean Baptiste, carried on her back. This side features the inscriptions LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST, along with the 2006 year of issue and the P mint mark. The reverse, designed by Thomas D. Rogers, showcases a majestic eagle soaring through the air. Surrounding this central image are the traditional inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and the face value of ONE DOLLAR.
