Dating back to the second and first centuries BC, this silver tetradrachm represents a fascinating era of ancient Greek coinage. Struck around 111 to 110 BC, this particular piece showcases the "New Style" of Athenian minting, reflecting the artistic and cultural evolution of one of the ancient world's most influential city-states.
