0.1788 troy oz .900 1936 Almost Unc

The 1936 Washington quarter represents a classic era in United States coinage. Struck in 90% silver, this twenty-five cent piece contains 0.17875 troy ounces of precious metal. It is preserved in Almost Uncirculated condition, showing only minor wear from its brief time in circulation decades ago. The obverse of the coin presents a dignified left-facing portrait of George Washington, designed by sculptor John Flanagan. Surrounding the profile are the inscriptions of liberty and the national motto, "IN GOD WE TRUST". On the reverse, Flanagan composed a bold heraldic scene featuring an eagle with outspread wings. The eagle clutches a bundle of arrows beneath its talons, which is paired with an olive branch symbolizing peace. Above the eagle, the traditional Latin motto "E PLURIBUS UNUM" is clearly visible, framed by the country name and the denomination.
