Struck in 1941 at the San Francisco Mint, this Washington Quarter represents a classic era of United States silver coinage. Composed of 90% silver, with an actual precious metal weight of 0.17875 troy ounces, the coin survives in Extra Fine condition, preserving the crisp details of its mid-twentieth-century artistry. The obverse presents the left-facing profile of George Washington, the nation's first president. This celebrated portrait is accompanied by the motto IN GOD WE TRUST and the date 1941.
