0.1788 troy oz .900 1954 Brilliant Unc

The 1954 Washington Quarter stands as a classic example of mid-century American coinage. Struck in 90 percent silver, this twenty-five cent piece contains approximately 0.1808 troy ounces of the precious metal. Preserved in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, the coin retains its original luster, allowing the fine details of the engraving to remain as crisp as the day it left the Philadelphia Mint. On the obverse side, the profile of George Washington faces left, a dignified portrait created by the sculptor John Flanagan. This side also bears the traditional national motto and the 1954 date. The reverse displays a bold heraldic design featuring an eagle with its wings spread wide, gripping a bundle of arrows and an olive branch beneath its talons, symbolizing both strength and peace.
