This particular specimen is certified in an extraordinary PF-69 Cameo state, indicating it is nearly perfect and possesses a sharp, frosted contrast between the raised design elements and the reflective fields. The obverse features the familiar profile of George Washington, accompanied by the inscriptions of liberty and the national motto. On the reverse, an eagle with outspread wings is surrounded by the country's name, the traditional Latin motto, and the denomination of one quarter dollar.
