Struck at the Denver Mint in 1908, this Barber silver half dollar offers a window into early twentieth-century American coinage. Crafted from 90 percent silver and containing 0.3575 troy ounces of the precious metal, the coin is preserved in Almost Uncirculated condition, allowing observers to appreciate the fine details of its century-old artistry. On the obverse, Charles Barber's classic depiction of Lady Liberty faces right, wearing a laurel wreath and a Phrygian cap. The motto "IN GOD WE TRUST" is inscribed above her, while the date 1908 is positioned below.
