Struck in the early twentieth century, this 1908 silver quarter represents a classic era of United States coinage. Minted at the San Francisco facility, the coin is composed of 90 percent silver, containing 0.17875 troy ounces of the precious metal. Despite its heavily circulated, Almost Good condition, the fundamental elements of its historic design remain visible to those who appreciate the journey of vintage currency.
