The 1910-S Barber Dime offers a tangible connection to early twentieth-century American coinage. Minted in San Francisco, this ten-cent piece is composed of 90 percent silver, containing 0.0715 troy ounces of the precious metal. Despite its worn, Almost Good condition, the coin retains the essential elements of its classic turn-of-the-century design. Created by Charles Barber, the obverse of the coin features a dignified profile of Lady Liberty. She is depicted wearing a traditional laurel wreath and a Phrygian cap, symbols deeply rooted in classical imagery. The year 1910 is clearly visible beneath her portrait, anchoring the coin to its specific moment in time. On the reverse, a detailed wreath encircles the face value of the coin, which is spelled out as ONE DIME.
